To provide automated interaction features and customer support, the application accesses the following information via the Facebook Graph API:

  • Public Profile Information: Name and profile picture, to personalize responses.
  • Messages and Comments: The content of messages you send to our inbox and comments you leave on our page's posts.
  • User ID (PSID): A unique identifier provided by Facebook to manage chat history.

3. How We Use Data

  • Automated Responses: Instantly reply to your inquiries and comments.
  • Customer Support: Help our team track order requests or product consultations.
  • Service Improvement: Analyze frequently asked questions to enhance interaction quality.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

  • Storage: We only retain conversation data for as long as necessary to serve customer support purposes.
  • User Control: You can request your data to be deleted at any time — see the instructions below.
  • Facebook Settings: You can also revoke the app's access in "Settings & Privacy" → "Apps and Websites" on your personal Facebook account.

5. Data Security

We implement standard security measures to ensure your messages and profile data are protected and prevent unauthorized access. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or to perform a specific service you request, such as providing a shipping address to a delivery service.

7. Instructions for Data Deletion Request

Method 1 — direct request (recommended): send an email to aodaiamvi@gmail.com with the subject "Facebook User Data Deletion Request," including your Facebook name or user ID. We will process and delete all conversation data within 24–48 business hours, then send you a confirmation.

Method 2 — self-removal of the app: go to your personal Facebook account → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find the Áo Dài AMVI app → click Remove.
